PARKING
Three paved parking lots are within a short walk from the front entrance. A circular drive to the venue has a canopy for passengers to disembark at the front entrance.
SERVICES FOR PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES
The Freed Center is wheelchair accessible and has special wheelchair-accessible areas in both theatres. Assisted listening devices are also available to use. When ordering tickets, please specify your needs so they can be accommodated at the event.
THEATRE
Special parking, cutdown curbs, and restroom access make the center convenient for everyone. Call the box office ahead of time and special arrangements will be made for your seating.
CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES
The use of recording equipment and the taking of photographs during a performance is strictly prohibited by law.
FIRE NOTICE
The exit indicated by an exit sign nearest your seat is the shortest route to the outside. In the event of a fire or other emergency, please walk, not run, to that exit.
GROUP DISCOUNTS
Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive discounts to many of the events listed. Call the box office at 419-772-1900.

TICKET SALES
Public sales begin approximately six weeks prior to each event and can be ordered via phone (419-772-1900), online (FreedCenter.com) or in-person at the box office. MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. Processing fees for all electronic payments are $2 per ticket. Tickets can be mailed for an additional $2 up to two weeks prior to an event. Â
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
Angel for the Arts donors and season subscribers may exchange tickets at no additional charge, and other patrons may exchange for a $1 per ticket fee based on the following conditions:

PERFORMANCE POLICIES
Cellular phones should be turned off during performances. Most productions are meant for children 10 and up. We urge you to leave small children at home. Please, no babies in arms. Some shows are restricted.Â
LATECOMERS' POLICY
The house manager may seat latecomers only during times which minimize disruption of a performance. In some cases there will be no seating until intermission. The management accepts no responsibility for inconvenience to latecomers and can make no adjustment because of it.
